Tangent Circles is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Tangent Circles software product is licensed, not sold.

Gorman Business services / Jack A. Gorman grants you a limited, non-exclusive license which confers the right to install, use, copy and provide free to others the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

TheSOFTWARE PRODUCT is capable of unlimited use on a single computer by obtaining a license for the product by payment of a small fee.

You may NOT setup the expanded version of the Circles Geometry software product for access through a network. Nothing herein shall be construed as a grant of any license to use or distribute any expanded version of the product.
